Getting started with us is straightforward, and you are never alone in the process. Here is what to expect from the moment you reach out.
Step 1: Tell us about your child
Fill in our enquiry form and give us a bit of background about your child, what subject they need support with, and where things feel difficult right now. It takes two minutes and there is no obligation.
Step 2: A free 30-minute call with Matt
Once we hear from you, we will arrange a free consultation where you get to ask anything you like. We will talk through what your child is finding hard, discuss the options, and make sure we fully understand what they need. This is your chance to get a real feel for who we are before committing to anything.
Step 3: We recommend the right provision
After your consultation, we will make a clear recommendation on whether small group tuition or 1-1 sessions is the better fit for your child, and we will find the right placement for them within our sessions.
Step 4: Sessions booked and payment sorted
Once everything is agreed, we will confirm the times and set up a simple GoCardless direct debit so that payment is stress-free and completely in the background. No chasing invoices, no hassle.
Step 5: Ongoing support you can actually feel
After every session, you will receive a detailed lesson report covering what was covered, how your child got on, and what the next steps are. We check in regularly, stay in close contact through our parent portal, and send reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before every session so nothing slips through the net. You will always know exactly how your child is getting on.
